KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Database management – to accurately maintain database integrity and create custom audiences.
  • Event management – will assist in all event management logistics including pre, during and post event activity such as invitations, site logistics, RSVP’s, presentations and post event mailers
  • Communications via email platform – responsible for formatting content and mailing to relevant custom audiences.
  • Brand Collateral – responsible for managing SWAG and brand collateral items and distribution to the sales team as well as managing stocks and liaising with suppliers when relevant.
  • File Management – required to ensure the Google Drive is up to date and populated with the latest collateral in co-ordination with the visual brand communicator.
